I had a sterling silver necklace and ankle bracelet that needed to be repaired. I went to 2 jewelers locally and they told me it would be less expensive to buy new jewelry than to have these 2 pieces repaired. These jewelers DID NOT KNOW the story behind these 2 pieces and how much they meant to me. Secondly, I had a beautiful black and aqua stone that was originally set in plated silver metal. After years of wearing this necklace, the silver metal began to corrode. Sam removed the stone and reset it in an authentic sterling silver setting that he personally made. Originally, I was skeptical about sending these pieces through the mail. Sam notified me the day he received them; communicated with me throughout the whole process and provided a tracking number once he mailed everything back. Highly recommended!

This seller is SO AWESOME!!! He helped me help my nephew with a silver necklace that had been his grand mother’s which had gotten a bit smashed and the stone had loosened. He CALLED ME and then spoke to my nephew to get the shape back to almost original and it looked BEAUTIFUL!!!
