Purchase one $25 (plus $4.50 shipping back to you) repair option 1 and we will send you, our address. Once we have the items in hand, we'll let you know if it is more than $25. If you are sending something valuable upgrading to priority shipping for your security is recommended, also please consider insurance.

I got a pair of ear weights plated from Sam and he went above and beyond with customer service and making my ears react to the metal they were made from. He was very responsive and walked me through the process of getting them to him as well as keeping me updated on time frame and even calling me to touch base on things or offer a different service that made since.

Very satisfied with the repair. He’s very personable texts and calls with updates and photos to let you know how things are going. He looked at the ring and recommended changes for the health of the ring and asked before making them. Prices are very fair 10/10 would recommend need a way to add tips for his service.
